Jen spent most of her life near Washington, DC. Growing up an only child encouraged her to use her imagination and at
an early age she discovered her love for performing. Jen’s mother was an integral part of her childhood experiences
with theatre and music.

Jen received her B.F.A. in Musical Theatre & Museum Studies from Lynchburg College in VA. During college she studied abroad in England, Scotland & France and worked for the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation as a costumed interpreter.

Jen is a professional actress in the Northern VA/ Washington, DC area currently working with the acclaimed Riverside Dinner Theatre near Fredericksburg, VA. She teaches private piano & voice lessons, directs Musical Theatre Camps for children, and appears as the well known Princess Genevieve at area events & speaks to children’s groups about living eco-consciously.

Jen maintains the eco-living blog, “Green is the New Black” & is the designer of “The Princess & the Pea”; which you can find online in her Etsy shop & at Dharma & Leopold’s, in Old Town Warrenton.
